The contest will be held on a daily basis, 24 hours a day. The contest is void where prohibited by law. The duration of prize availability varies from prize to prize.The duration and amounts of all prizes will be specified on the site as they become available. During any given 24-hour period, prizes will no longer be available once they are won. Only claims on prizes during the prizes' specified duration will be considered valid.

PRIZES: Prizes available to be won change throughout the day. The list of available prizes is updated throughout the day as prizes are added, removed, or won. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES: Contestants playing "Pan for Gold" must submit their name, telephone number and current mailing address online. Information provided on the form must be valid in order to claim a prize. A form will be e-mailed back to the winners. Completely fill out the information and mail it back to the address provided on the form. Your prize will be sent in one week to the address on the information provided to us.

ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to those who have Internet access. All players must provide their own Internet access and be responsible for the effectiveness of their connection. Any fraudulent attempts to claim prizes or to circumvent the rules of this game will subject such individual to prosecution and prizes will not be issued.
