I do not regularly log into different web sites or fill out surveys and this is no exception. However, I would like to say to Lear Capital that Jody Alway has my trust, and I have received nothing less than top notch service from her. I have directed others that I know personally to Jody because her work ethic and outstanding service. There is something missing in America these days. Specifically, it is the ability to reach out to people in businesses today for service. Simply getting some one on the phone to talk to is hard to do at times. Jody and Lear Capital are the exception to this increasingly annoying nomality in America. I want to thank Lear Capital for Jody.

I told Gina... She is the final one that turned my mind towards Lear. Your competition is really outraged at me for changing my mind after they bungled the transfer of funds from my existing IRA account. "They" had 20 days to do so. I am assured that Lear will do it in less than 5 working days.
... if you have the authority, you might want to take her out for a nice lunch. If you don't (can't) - please nominate her for employee of the month (quarter, year, century......).
She deserves recognition. It is an employee like Gina that can make a huge difference with the customer. It did with me (so did you!).
In retrospect, I felt like I was working with a much better team at Lear Capital than with your competition [----- Financial]. It made the decision easier.
Gina should have the paperwork tomorrow morning.

My representative is Victor DeRose. He rates an A+ in every category of the questionnaire. I had tried to purchase some coins from another company. They were so rude I just hung up the phone. Eric has been very knowledgeable -- and patient -- with explaining all my options while I was considering the purchase. I decided to get some gold, and to use Lear Capital, because of listening to George Noory, Coast to Coast AM. Bruce is terrific. I have been recommending him, because he was patient enough to allow me to get a feel for his trust level, to friends who always inquire about my longterm interest in precious metals and coins. I don’t usually write letters such as these, however I felt it necessary to thank you for the wonderful service Lear Capital provides. I was shopping for a company with whom I might build a relationship in order to purchase Olympic Gold Eagles and other bullion as well as premium coins. I perused many websites and was impressed with yours in regard to content and the transparency of your pricing; other companies appeared to lack the professionalism and honesty that Lear Capital provides, but just to be sure, I checked out one of your competitors. When I initially called, I was quoted prices by the sales person which seemed somewhat reasonable but not as low as yours. When I met with the salesman, I found the pricing had changed and I asked to speak with the sales manager. I was kept waiting for almost an hour. After talking with him for a few minutes I realized that their pricing policy is “whatever we can get”. As a former President of a service company that grew from 30 employees and $4 million in revenue to $40 million and 170 employees, I know quite a bit about value and customer service. These two qualities are essential for a business relationship to successfully grow and prove mutually profitable and that is why Lear Capital is the company with whom I do business and one I would recommend highly.

Like most who have recently entered the precious metal investment world I was nervous. Having spoken with several companies, it became a simple and clear decision once I spoke with Sean.
