Iowa, known as the Hawkeye State, is found in the midwest positioned between the Missouri and Missippi Rivers. It is often referred to as the Corn Belt or America's Heartland. While best known for vast fields of corn, Iowa actually has quite a diverse economy in both agriculture and manufacturing. The state also has many enthusiasts in the hobby of prospecting gold, as there are small deposits of silver and gold throughout the state. Iowa also boasts several respected coin dealers, most of which can be found in the state capital of Des Moines.
