What makes a currency strong vs. what makes a currency weak

Folks, today's entry is short, but important. As Americans, our heart goes out to all of those who have lost jobs in this recession. Importantly, it must be understood that a fiat currency trading against another fiat currency is nothing more than a fashion show - a beauty pageant, if you will. This entry that I borrowed from Chuck Butler of EverBank shows how US dollar strength will not be strong. Gold strength will endure! Here's Chuck Butler:
